Returns

The item is unused and in its original condition
All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags are intact
You have the original proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Non-returnable items include:

Items marked as final sale
Gift cards or promotional vouchers

Incorrect or Misrepresented Items

If you receive a product that differs significantly from the description or photo on our website (e.g., wrong model, color, or missing features), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Upon verification, we will offer a full refund or free replacement, including return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
